HealthHIV Healthy Aging with HIV Series Certificate Program
The Healthy Aging with HIV Series Certificate Program is an accredited certificate program built to support providers, peers, and advocates. The Five Hs, separated into five compact modules, function as a unifying framework within this series, designed to capture the needs and experiences of people aging with HIV.
This framework uses five anchors—Horizon, Heart, Head, Hand, and Healing—as an accessible way to organize learning around the pressing realities of aging with HIV. Much like geriatrics uses the 5 Ms (within a similar context) to capture core issues of aging, the Pozitively Aging program offers learners an accessible structure that reflects pressing challenges for people aging with HIV.
By design, the curriculum is not just a series of technical lessons. It is a tool for providers, case managers, peer navigators, and advocates to see how medical knowledge intersects with workforce readiness, social determinants of health, and supportive care systems.
Credits
Each of the five modules is accredited individually, offering continuing education credits, and participants who complete the full series will receive a certificate of completion.
